Replacing two aging bridges and adding turn lanes will make the highway safer.
Two aging bridges—one over Deep Creek and another over the Washington-Idaho Railroad (WIR)—will be replaced in 2022 and 2023. At the same time, turn lanes will be added at the junction of US-95 and ID-6, as well as US-95 and Kennedy Ford Road.
Read MoreRight and left turn lanes will be added on the highway to access Kennedy Ford Road, and a left turn lane from US-95 to ID-6 will be constructed.
