ITD has been analyzing needed improvements to the intersection of US-26 (Yellowstone Highway) and 25th East (Hitt Road) in Bonneville County. In addition to this intersection, analysis also included: 25th East (Hitt Road) and E. Iona Road, US-26 (Yellowstone Highway) and E. Iona Road, and potential impacts to traffic at other nearby intersections.
A Roadway Relinquishment public hearing will be held Jan. 17, 2023 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Idaho Falls City Hall, 308 Constitution Way, Idaho Falls, 83402. ITD will share plans about relinquishing US-26 from Woodruff Ave. to Ammon Road in Bonneville County.
