SH-27: Burley to Paul
This project will improve the condition of State Highway 27 in the area.
The Idaho Transportation Department is planning a highway improvement project on SH-27 between Burley and Paul. Construction will involve milling off the existing surface of the highway, reconstructing the base, and then placing a new surface on the roadway. The project will also improve pedestrian ramps and drainage in select locations.

TIMING & IMPACTS
Dependent on funding, construction may begin as early as July 2023. Work will last approximately two months.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane while construction is underway. Flaggers and pilot cars will be present during working hours and access to both business and residence may be temporarily impacted.
Members of this project team will be joining the public meeting for the Interstate 84 Burley and Heyburn Interchange project. They will be present to answer any questions individuals have about the Burley to Paul rehabilitation project. Meeting details are as follows:

At the meeting, there will be an opportunity for individuals to comment on the project. Comments can also be provided online by clicking the CONTACT US box at the top right corner of this webpage. While individuals are welcome to provide input to ITD at any time, comments should be submitted by May 15, 2023 to be considered as part of the public meeting record.
