The pavement on ID-52 has reached the end of its service life and will be replaced.
Idaho Highway 52 in downtown Emmett (Washington Avenue) will be repaved from near the junction of ID-16 near S. Boise Ave to Carson St. near the Payette River bridge beginning in mid-April. Construction includes milling out the worn road surface, and replacing it with new pavement. The project will include upgrading Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) facilities, including sidewalks and pedestrian crossings. New sidewalk will be placed in front of KT Lanes Bowling Alley on Washington Ave.
