ID-33 Newdale to US-20 Junction Reconstruction

ITD will reconstruct a section of ID-33 from the US-20/ID-33 Junction to Newdale. Beginning at the Sugar City intersection to Teton and from Teton to Newdale, ITD is planning on a complete road reconstruction that will involve removing and replacement of the asphalt and road base. Continuing road improvements, ITD is also planning to resurface ID-33 from the US-20 junction to the Sugar City intersection and through the town of Teton. This resurfacing will include removing the existing aging asphalt, improving and grading the road base for proper drainage and repaving with new asphalt. This project will begin this summer and has plans to be completed by the end of fall.
