SH-21, Technology to Surprise Way Center Turn Lane Construction

The project built a new center turn lane on State Highway 21 between Technology Way and Surprise Way, providing safe turning movements for residents entering and exiting their neighborhoods on this busy stretch of highway.

Construction was completed in summer 2022. The project added a center turn lane, designated right turn lanes, and six foot wide shoulders.
