Didn't ITD just finish a series of reconstruction projects on Interstate 15?

Over the last several years, ITD has replaced and repaired many miles of pavement, bridges and interchanges on I-15. Several more projects are ahead.

Most of I-15 was constructed in the 1960s and 1970s. While yearly maintenance is helpful, any interstate requires major rehabilitation after more than 40 years.
