Following the October 2019 public meeting, ITD conducted a Value Engineering (VE) study to determine the best design solution for the interchange.
Using input from the meeting, in addition to technical information, ITD determined the best design solution is to build a Traditional Diamond Interchange. To see how traffic will flow through the interchange, click here for a simulation.
ITD will host a second public meeting in Fall/Winter 2020. Check this website and your mailbox for an invitation to the meeting.
The Idaho Transportation Department held a public open house on Oct. 15, 2019 at the Rock Creek Fire Department. Sixty-one people attended. A summary of the meeting is now available.
