I-84: Declo Port of Entry

This project involves removing the existing Cotterel Port of Entry (POE) and constructing a new westbound POE facility on I-84.

Most construction of the new facility will occur away from traffic. Westbound traffic may be impacted during construction with the interstate reduced to a single lane for up to 50 days in the summer of 2021.
